Tkrik, bummer on walking around Target. I also do not care for shopping, espeically in the big boxes. Everytime I see your name, I think of Tikrik in Iraq-- is that what it stands for, or is it coincidence.

I swam a mile this morning and the pool looks alot better. I did free weights for 30 mins last night.
I had never heard of Tikrik so it is just coincidental. Big boxes are harder to shop in with cog issues. Too much stimuli going on.

I never thought of free weights. What a great idea. I always forget the things I have at home too. I have a balance disk type thing that came with a DVD. I did that for a while and I think it helped my balance. I had to hold on to a chair to do it though. I also have resistance bands that I should pull out and start using again. Those are a major work out but good for spasticity.
