Ken - I think you made a very valid point. While it is hot in AZ, during the monsoons when it is more humid I have more muscle spasms, fatigue, and difficulty ambulating for any length of time, and generally more MS symptoms popping up on a daily basis. Once the humidity goes back down I start doing better. Hence, it is during the monsoon season that I tend to "hibernate" more.
