had my massage today and feel loads better. maybe it will last thru the wk/e.
tomorrow i'm taking a friend to the hospital for guess what? back injections.
saturday i'm having brkfst with lenora. i hope she can make it.
and sunday rich might come over.

company means i have to start folding my laundry and put it away.
