I have no idea when he is scheduled to have another emg, but I'll tell you something. I never even thought of his having a back emg.

When he goes to his next appointment with his neuro I'll be sure to let him know about this option.

He never has grabbed his back and said "oh oh, the pain the pain". Not once in all our married lives.

Of course, he's 62 and when he gets up, he'll grunt but then he gets going and he's fine.

He's never exhibited any sciatica or any kind of lower back pain (as far as I can remember).

It is something to think about though (getting an emg of the back).

Thanks for the info.
