Please, please, take some time to start taking care of yourself if you can! The stress and over -exertion can take its toll..Is there any way you can rest?
I know you are the one who is overseeing your Dad..I hope you are able to get some help...
Please take some time to practice some relaxation techniques, even if it's just for a few minutes at a time...it will help with the anxiety
