I also take no meds at this time. Mestinon did not work (I am sero-negative). IVIG almost killed me and they decided they did not want to try other meds.
I have to pace myself, only do one thing a day, rest up if I have to do a day out, rest the day after (whether I want to or not).
I don't get to do as much, or help out, like I used to.
