Hello I am new to this website and this is my first posting. I am lookin for anyone whohas had or is planning to have treatment at the x-cell center in Cologne,Germany. My brother was paralyzed in 10/2008 after being shot in the back. The research at the X-cell center seem to be promising. but we are still trying to find out as much information as possible.
