Neurontin is not metablized in the body so it does not interfere with the metabolism of other drugs by the liver.
St. John's wort does interfere with many drugs. But I would not expect it to with Neurontin or Lyrica.
There is a drug checker website in the stickies at the Medication forum, and you can use it to get official details.
St. John's wort also may cause photosensitivity reactions when you go into sunlight or use a tanning booth.
