I took a sleep aid and woke up at 2 am with burning pains in my hands and legs. I had an uncontrollable urge to move my legs (I'm guessing this is RLS). Downed 800 mg Neurontin and an hour later I had some relief.

I also have pain in pelvis and ribs. I can't lie down on my stomach without feeling pain and pressure in those areas. I have the same feeling in my knees. Is this normal for P/N?
I wish I knew about the pressure, pelvis and ribs but I know that I don't have RLS but do feel like I have to move my legs. The reason is if I do it helps with the pain because it gets the blood going is my guess.

You may need to look at getting something to help you sleep and will help with the PN as well. Amitriptyline comes to mind. Best of luck.
