I understand when you are in a down mood how hard it can be....but beating up yourslef is not nice so please be nicer to yourself.....we think you are wonderful...you sound depressed...have you talked to your tdoc or pdoc, maybe your meds need a tweek? I cna't remeber if you are on meds or not.
