Default PT

Hi All,

I just started pt with an RSD pt therapist. She has lots of knowledge of RSD. did lots of testing for my pt evaluation and gave me some exercises to do the first day until the next visit. Each visit I get more exercises added. Now my Pt therapist is gone for a month and it is up to me to do my exercises 2 times a day. Just with the few visits I have had in pt I do have more flexiblity. But to keep my joints from going bad or getting worse I know I am the one who must do the pt every day to help myself. Also I really like this pt therapist, because it is one on one therapy. Hope all have a very nice weekend You are all great
