There has been some discussion about using digestive enzymes for gluten before, maybe on OBT? The guru, IMO, about digestive enzymes is Karen DeFelice. She basically says that if you have celiac disease, digestive enzymes won't help you digest gluten. This was based on parents who tried various digestive enzymes, including the one that Swanson makes, on their children. However, if it's an gluten intolerance, digestive enzymes might help, and you just have to try it out to see if it works for you. Here is Karen's discussion on the topic:
