It is frustrating... part of anxiety, I think.
If we didn't have anxiety, we wouldn't be so frustrated because we wouldn't need help for it. It's like a double dose of bad jama or something.
I've found relaxation techniques to be helpful. Breathe in deeply through your nose, with lips closed, deeper, then exhale through your pursed lips... about three times.
I've also come to learn that smokers who claim smoking calms them down is getting that relaxing feeling because they're anxious and will inhale deeper.
