They'd been trying to find her a home for months.

I'll tell you though, I am lucky to have her. She's one of the best dogs ever. Never gets into anything, no trouble to care for. What a little sweetheart. She's all kisses and lovin'. I mean look at that face - what's not to love? Everyone who passed her over is missing out on someone special, that's how I see it."
