The chiro I was working with has been doing a specific adjustment that particularly helped me around the CT junction or T1. It has significantly reduced the the dowagers hump that was starting to form in that area and improved my posture. He has me sitting and I put my hands behind my head and he leans me slowly back and cracks my upper back from like t1 to t4.

For some reason this maneuver has helped me immensely.
