I'm in the same boat and understand your feelings. I cannot tolerate heat, humidity and since last summer cannot be in the sun for more than 30 seconds; burns my skin.
I live for Spring & Fall weather living here in Pennsylvania. I walk in the evenings, etc. I can be outdoors again!!
