Not only are my feet swollen but it's extremely painful to just try and put shoes and socks on. Even clothes, sheets, blankets, a light touch causes extreme pain.

Yeah, that's how I knew when my TM attacks were on the way out-- when stopped being agonizing to put a sock or a shoe on. Although in my case it wasn't pain but severe numbness. Pain sucks a whole lot more in my book.
