I just can't seem to get into doing the diet thing... I would like to though. I heard that Dr Oz said that being overweight was as risky as having breast cancer, and that has motivated me a little.

Perhaps someone would be willing to partake in a little gamble? Like who can loose 20 pounds by Valentines day or something. Maybe if there was a bit of comeptition it would help
