Sorry about your pain Billy. I do empathise.
I'm still doing the lymph drainage therapy and think it's been quite helpful. But now that I'm only going every 3 wks I am noticiing more elbow pain. I just don't know what to do for the forearm and elbow pain. Even though the TOS is worse on the non-dominant side, it's the other side that has so much burning and pain. A PT checked to make sure I didn't have tendonitis and she said she believes the pain is from TOS. Suffice it to say that perhaps the lymph drainage must be done more often. I think I'll have to learn some of the massage to do myself. Although I do feel that the component of the therapy that breaks up the fascial pulls probably has the biggest effect and I don't that's something I can do on myself.
