Liz, for a injury an pain like this De gets a whack of Toradol as an anti inflamatory it is great. A PCP can give it but and it works longer then ER in the IV. FOr the real sever migrianes she gets the dose of valium too and that is a miracle help. ANti spasms and anti inflamatory

Also a few pills to cover too.
