After a particularly painful recurrence of arm & shoulder pain since herniating a cervical disc 8+ years ago, I located a highly respected minimally invasive surgeon. He says I'm a candidate for a minimally invasive foraminotomy on my C6-C7 correlating with my symptoms. That was a few weeks ago. Now I'm scheduled for surgery (out of state) and my symptoms have eased significantly with the exception of some tingling and numbness. Trying to figure out if I should go thru with it or wait. This has been my off & on pattern. Symptoms return. I do everything but surgery and eventually get better.
