Hello, you've come to a good place for support! I'm not going to say "try not to worry" because I'm a worrier by nature...so easy for me to lie there at night and imagine all kinds of scenarios, which never come to pass.
The "limbo" part of a diagnosis is the hardest place to be, I think. It took me a year and a half to get a diagnosis of MS--a diagnosis nowhere near as bad as all of the things I dreamed up!
And the lumbar puncture? I turned out to have absolutely NONE of the possible side effects/complications, and I worried myself sick for a week ahead.
I'll be praying for you!
