Well I went to Curves but didn't get on the scale. Went out to lunch with my sister...mediterranian food...Baba Ganough and Tabboleh. Yum!

I have to exercise early in the morning before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

I have flabby thighs, but fortunately my stomach covers them.

The only reason I took up exercising is so that I could hear heavy breathing again.
