Alffe--I just burned 100 calories laughing so hard at this one!!! Um...er.....and another 50 going to change my undies. Let the exercise begin!!!! I'M READY MAN!!!

PS--um...I hafta exercise twice today cuz I had lunch with an old girlfriend. We had a decadent dessert, but we had a blast laughing till we cried, then cried till we laughed!

Hailey's sleeping with gramma and Shadow tonight, so we will do our half hour exercise by "dancing to the oldies" Hailey style. It consists of chasing gramma around the coffee table. Hey----whatever gets your heart pumping!!!
