I've been on LDN for 4 years, the best choice I've made for myself. I took Avonex for a while, very bad side effects. LDN is the only thing I take now, I was having several attacks in a few months, after 2 weeks of starting LDN, the attacks are very few between and very, very slight. I take 3 mg. Very inexpensive.
