Ok, scratch the B ball for today, I got a late start and it was warm out. Instead I went for a 20 minute bike ride and tried to stay in the shadier neighborhoods. I try to really push myself so my heart gets going good. My legs get a good workout too. I got my daily dose of vitamin D from the sun as well. Maybe basketball tomorrow if I can get going earlier.

really need to clean house too.
That in itself is a workout, especially when I get going at a fast clip, lol. It's very easy for me to get distracted and get off task when cleaning though.
Now
yard work, if it's nice out, I can focus on, imagine that, lol.
