If anyone can offer any advise i'd be very greatful (sp?)

I have to travel by car or should i say drive 2hrs and 40min each way tomorrow so that i may attend my grandmothers funeral...

i can barely handle driving 5 minutes before the pain makes me want to cut my legs off...

does anyone have any ideas how i might be able to lessen tha pain??
