sure have, Just now recovering from a 2 year stint with frozen shoulder. Extremely painful. Very hard to recover from-had to be very determined. There is a notebook called The Frozen Shouder Workbook that might help you. In a nutshell, I would advise chiropractor, massage, exercises at home or in Physical Therapy and no surgery.
