The most useful supplement for increased C-reactive protein is Vitamin C.

Curcumin is also showing promise in blocking inflammatory changes in blood vessels:

There are two types of curcumin with increased absorption traits. Since curcumin is not well absorbed these alternatives are better. However, FOR YOU, since you take many drugs, it is problematic to use the one with Bioperine added (Doctor's Best). So that leaves this one:
Curcugel 500---

I don't recommend supplements with Bioperine for those folks taking alot of RX medications. This additive increases absorption of some drugs and will change blood levels and alter your response. I found it very difficult to find EXACT drugs affected, and I think this is because of the lack of research on it. With time that may change, since curcumin is going to become a standard nutrient to improve health more and more IMO.

I'd much rather take grape seed extract than curcumin. although both are relatively benign when compared to pine bark extract. I just think grape seed extract is more of a sure thing(resveratrol.) i think im gonna purchase jarrow grape seed extract, seems to be a good product. but anyways, I've read pretty bad stuff about pine bark extract, as in people getting stomach aches digestive upsets, etc etc.
