None of the reuptake inhibitor antidepressants have helped my pain and all cause me bad sideeffects. Lexapro was the very best of the bunch though and actually helped the depression a little too. I also had some success with cymbalta with the depression but the side effects were much worse.

Most of the others just make me feel like I've got a smile painted on but I feel no better.
