do you have extreme fatigue with the pain and maybe a flu like achiness all over?
I think with fybro you have sensitivity to pressures and touch too - along with tender points.

they can all intermingle/over lap symptom wise a lot.

If the pain is actually feeling like it is in the joints?? more than all over it could be RA or something like that.
