Thanks for this info! It looks like it may be a textbook used in medical school- usually these are expensive in the $100-300 range and written by researchers and/or neurologists.

This one is a great find because it's entirely on non-motor symptoms and collects all current research in that area in one book. The research on this can be hard to track down- good find!
