Anxiety is just that. It's okay to feel bad for a short moment. Just don't let it comsume the rest of you. The power of the mind is amazing. Tap into it.

You're not alone.

Make a list, mentally or on paper, about the positive things in your life. Concentrate on that list, recall the good things often.

We none like the negative effects of anxiety. I really can't think of anything good about it. I certainly could do without the exhausting drama of it all, couldn't you?

Let's try to stay positive.
