So i've decided to take 1000mcg methylcoblalamin sublinguals once a day and then demand in 3 months to get my b12 tested again. Will taking these give the true reading or do I need to do something else before I get my b12 tested so it doesn't mess up the reading?

Also I've read take on an empty stomach, how long must I wait before I can eat breakfast in the morning?
