I would suggest that you overload your mind w/Mrs D's advice on vitamin B-12 as well. Just go up to the top blue bar and click on the 'search' featuer and keyin B 12! It is a LOT to learn and asorb. Which is why I suggest that you go slow. Too much info either good or bad? Muddles a mind hurting and a body in pain.
Your body changes greatly during the whole meno process.
There are things and meds that can help this issue! GO! get tested!

Thanks dahlek. I have had a lot of blood work, and so far everything is ok, including my thyroid, I do however, need to work on getting my supplements in order again. But oh yes, PN and menopause at the same time, How fun.
