My wife when she was 44 had some nodules found on her thyroid as well,,she freaked out and had the procedure,,she is fine and everything is benign,,,,Nodules on the thyroid is not an uncommon thing,exspecially if your a female,,,,,,and as for the procedure,,,i think you will be ok,and you can always request a continous block,,,,i sincerly hope for the best,,but ask your dr,,,nodules are very common on the thyroid,,,,,,my hope is your test will be just fine,,,,,,bobber
