Pain can be a broad term, fibro pain is usually at your pressure point areas. MG can cause pain from muscle stiffness, muscles not relaxing, & cramping. I know in the beggining I had complained of pain, & over time realized it was acually stiffness & cramping was the culprit, then the doctors seemed to understand. I wake up with my muscles not working every morning, & so tight.
