Yes I'm on 5mg's a day and will stay on that indefatigably. When I max out at the high end of the scale then I will cut back. I take my b12 at like 4am and then go back to sleep for 2 more hours to give myself the best possible change to absorb. My B12 amounts were 2003 319, 2004 like 389.
