Default New here... Posterior Cerebral Artery Stenosis

Hi! I'm new to this site... so happy to find a forum of individuals discussing issues in neurology! After two weeks of unexplained headaches that were nonresponsive to all sorts of meds, I was sent for a brain MRI and MRA as I am high risk for anuerisms as a ADPKD patient (still 100% kidney function though). MRA found a severe posterior cerebral artery stenosis at the p-1/p-2 junction. Everything else looked fine. Anyone else have experience with this?? I will be seeing my first neurologist in a couple days and have started aspirin therapy as this is apparently a high risk scenario for a stroke, but that is all we have been told thus far. I haven't been through a cervical MRI yet, but GP thinks that will be to come to make sure my spine isn't involved. Also, need to begin updating all cancer screenings as well to make sure that isn't an issue either. I am a 35 year old female, non smoker, non drinker, average weight and height. Curious what treatment options exist and what those who have experience in this situation have to say.....
