Thanks so much for the info, Im hoping to see improvement, right now it's still numbness, weird head sensations and achy arms. I am hoping this will help.

I was recently diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism....my TSH level was 4.7 and that can be treated if there is symptoms she thinks my issues are thyroid relate and have nothing to do with b12, which is nonsense to me....the only symptom I have of thyroid is fatigue but I think this is from my low iron stores ferritin. I haven't heard of numbness being apart of thyroid.

Im so confused, I have the thyroid pills but am not sure if I want to take them.
