Why are you taking topamax to get PN?
I was prescribed Topamax for my Peripheral Neuropathy. I take 100 mg. in the morning and 100 mg. at night before bed. The vitamins I take because I feel they help. My doctor never suggested them. He just prescribed the Topamax. My psychiatrist prescribed the Paxil and the Neurologist said it won't hurt to mix it with the Topamax.
