I am sorry your lupus was confirmed but at the same time it must be a relief having an answer. I myself never thought of lupus as I know I have another underlying illness so thanks to you I will look into the lupus thing, {maybe that will explain my hairloss and unexplained muscle/joint pain} I am sure you will handle the lupus as you do with your MG, with mental strength and class.
