being frustrated with someone/something isnt supposed to make sense silly!
Its a way of working out an issue, or a problem, and finding fixes in our heads so that the next time we are confronted with such a thing, we are ready, and are dancing smoothly on the other side. Doesnt always work, but its a stress reliever to chew on something a bit. As long as you dont stay stuck on that day, or that event, its all good.
I have many of those times that I am over tired, frustrated, and want to lash out, but then I think about it and...I realize I am just over tired, over heated, or over stressed.
Come here and kick in the sand any time! I do. it makes me feel better.
