I think you did an excellent job!

It sounds like there were aspects of grounding, and also aspects of relaxation. Being grounded and relaxed are not totally the same thing, but they do go hand in hand... overlap a little i think. And the things you did are good for both.
Good Job! And yes, do keep on trying to get sleep built into your life.
I hope tomorrow is less difficult.

At rate, it helped.
I slowed my heart rate down and picked back up with the new class.
