I'd also get tested for thyroid issues. These can follow a pregnancy.
Tingling around the mouth can also mean low calcium levels.
So take a good calcium supplement (and make sure you are getting a good amount of Vit D too to help with its absorption).

Please get the numbers on your B12 test, if it were done. Anything less than 500 should be supplemented.
You should also get tested for Vit D levels. Pregnancy will stress Vit D and calcium for new mothers.
