I am confused-didn't you say at 11:50 PM last night that they found out? By saying now that you can't tell them-what do you mean? That you didn't tell them everything?
I can tell you this, from a professional standpoint, as someone whose business it is to get scholarships for high school athletes-Your coach would want to know NOW. Not that I think sports is more important than your life-but I know how centered you are on that-so I am telling you that injuries, even broken bones, etc. do not hurt an athlete that much in a scholarship profile. And as for your high school team and its goals and records, your coach knows that the very best chance for the team is for every single team member be honest about their health challenges so they can be treated adequately, usually allowing for a return to the action.
You have to tell your parents everything-you do not have a choice.
