lol, about the oatmeal. I like it, but, not in the habit of fixing it. Is good cooked in the microwave with raisins (they really plump up), and some sugar and cinnamon.

Didn't know fish oil supps good for cholesterol. Supposed to also be good for MS. Dr. Allen Bowling, of Rocky mountain MS Center, says that, if he recommended only one supp for MS, that would be it.
