Surgeon
Allen with your insurance, get it in writing what hey cover. If you can get the anestesia coverd. I had to battle for that when daughter had an bad abseces tooth removed. Even after phone preapprovel, they said Opps we were wrong. So I got it in writing now.
I take a dose of antibitotics, valium, now the dentist uses a good long acting as opposed to the newer short term numbing stuff. The reason, the ensymes make me difficult to numb. Sit up a bit, don;t lay back. ALso, he mentioned something to my daughter about eferine? Also, find a dentist that has nitrous, much easier on the RSD when the body is not tensed and braced making the nerves flare up and muscles clamp down on them.
Good luck
Di
