Hey Soccer
I wanted to say I'm so proud of you. I think you are doing the best thing for you. I also think that it would be okay to look for something mild to replace the soccer. Like physical therapy or say going for walks.
I would definately also keep rooting for your team, you can keep a part of the team. Even though it probably seems like you aren't. But for one thing someone is having to learn to become the keeper, so you could be a very big part of their support team.
They need all the help and support they can get. I bet you remember what it was like not being the best right away. So go help that person by supporting them. Its hard sometimes to be a team member and let the person that is not keeping the goal if that was your position protect it be a part of the team if they aren't doing a good job. But you can be there for this new person.
They need support. Its going to be hard for you, but its sure hard for them too.
