Hi,
I am not sure if this link will work. If it doesn't you can go to
www.rsds.org
and do a search for dentist. Three articles come up.
I know how hard this is. I had a crown done in a molar without anesthesia
because the dentist was afraid to give me the jaw block needed to do the crown...different than just a shot of novocaine, it is an actual block.
I have spread just about everywhere but RSD did NOT spread to my jaw when I had this done.
I've also had a dentist drill into my tongue, but it was the underside of my tongue and he never told me. I sure found out when the novocaine wore off. I called him and he told me what happened.
Ouch!! http://www.rsds.org/3/treatment/index.html
I hope this site gives you some of the info you are looking for.
I'll say a prayer about your doctor situation. You have really had it rough since the angio.
Love, peace and joy to you in 2007
